MELBOURNE, Fla -- Police in Melbourne are seeking the public's help regarding an incident at the Florida Institute of Technology Melbourne Campus. An unnamed individual allegedly committed a battery while exposing himself to the victim. 

Police say the suspect is known to ride a red bicycle in town.  If you see him, authorities say to please call 911, contact Detective Thomas with the Criminal Investigations Division at (321) 608-6731 or the anonymous tip line at 1-800-423-TIPS
