Suspect Information Released in Blake's Felony Vandalism Case

Aug 05, 2024 -- 08:00pm // The Blake Moia Show Update                                   By: Dan D. Valentino

We obtained the official list of suspects named in the felony vandalism case, which occurred to Mr. Moia's vehicle on July 4th.

We have received several anonymous clues from tipsters saying Mady is responsible for crime.

The main suspect who is identified as "Mady" Madison Waugh, age 17, who was the main vandal. The other suspect, Charles Conner, is described as the driver who drove the young girls to and from the crime scene, and Christine Conner - Charles's mother, who is the registered owner of the identified Toyota Solara.

It is still unclear who the person was that videotaped the crime.

"Mady" Madison Waugh

The Blake Moia Show has learned that Madison "Mady" Waugh is the prime suspect in the case and the perpetrator who destroyed the windshield of Blake's brand-new vehicle, causing tens of thousands of dollars in damage.

Everyone is reminded that this story is not going away until justice is done.

Who Are These People?

It is believed that Charles Conner is related in some way to "Mady" Madison Waugh. Having been a verified relationship with other 16- and 17-year-old girls, Charles recruited these young girls to commit acts of violence and felony vandalism the night when we started our new "crime watch" campaign of ads, featuring the mug shots of Charles, Mike Duff and Taylor Mathews

Charles, having access to his mother's vehicle, transported the girls to the neighborhood to stake out the area. The girls were seen, as previously reported, walking from the direction of the suspicious car that slowly drove by Blake's residence.

The suspects walked north past the property and suddenly reverted back to the south, damaged the car and ran back towards to the awaiting Solara to get away.

"Mady" resides at 1047 Garfield Street in Melbourne while Charles Conner lives with his mother at 1323 Ashwood Drive in Melbourne.

UPDATE: The Blake Moia Show Releases New Enhanced Video and Still Pictures of the Suspects:

Newly released still images from surveillance video in the front lawn shows 2 female teenagers running away from the scene.  The female has long hair in a ponytail, described as short and skinny and is between 17-19 years of age.  The second suspect behind her is seen carrying a crow-bar, or some type of weapon. You can see a long metal object glowing in the light in the suspect's hand which is presumed to be a weapon or a crowbar. Both suspects are seen to be carrying cell phones.

NEW VIDEO

Surveillance video shows the moments one of the vandals smash the windshield of Blake Moia's car.

UPDATE: More Vehicles Vandalized in Area

It was also discovered additional vehicles -- not just Blake's car -- were also vandalized in the same neighborhood and surrounding area.  According to posts on the Melbourne Crime Watch Group on Facebook, 2 or 3 more car windows were also smashed in.

"It almost looks like a bowling ball tried to go through it", Blake Moia told reporters at Fox 35.

But it wasn't a bowling ball.  It was some teenager girls' foot -- by stomping on the windshield, video shows.

If you look closely, zoom in the video of the criminals running away, you'll see long hair flying around while the girls are running away.  It appears to be shoulder or neck length hair - possibly in a ponytail.

NEWLY ENHANCED video show what appears to be 2 female suspects.  You can see a ponytail / long hair flopping around as the vandals are running away from the crime scene.  The ladies appear to have their phones on as well.

THE BLAKE MOIA SHOW conducted its own independent forensics investigation after the Police left us "high and dry", as per the usual, and we found several small in sized fingerprints all over the vehicle, which suggests these were teenager kids. Blake's hands are huge. He's a former pro-wrestling promoter and executive. Those aren't his fingerprints. We can report that.

Several small dents were discovered on the hood of the car, paint chips where the vandals climbed onto the hood, as well as the obvious smashed in windshield. We also found a couple small shoe footprints in the front yard, and we found 2 small curly black suspicious type hairs on the hood and the roof of the car.  Yet the police have failed... specifically, Officer Proctor, to properly document these important clues.  Yet, a private citizen has to the investigators job for them instead.  We find that unacceptable.
