ROCKLEDGE, Fla -- A serial masturbator has been caught lacking yet again. 

Rockledge police say 37-year-old Paul Sherry was touching himself at a carwash in Rockledge when a victim who saw the vile acts ran to a nearby police vehicle to report what has just happened. 

The officer walked up to the area where Sherry has his entire penis exposed and was stroking it.  The officer, who recognized him from a previous similar incident, began to run away from the officer and a foot chase happened for a short time.  The officer was able to take him into custody.

Sherry was charged with Loitering and Prowling, Resisting Arrest and Exposure of Sexual Organs. His bond was set at 3,500$

This isn't the only incident where Mr. Sherry was caught exposing himself.  In 2023, he was charged with exposure of sexual organs.  It was reported that the suspect had his pants around his ankles, and his hand on his genitals displaying "vile and vulgar acts" with his hand and penis. 

The suspect also has a long history of other offences such as possession of drugs, drug paraphernalia and burglary charges dating back to 2000.
