DOWNTOWN MELBOURNE, Fla 

THE BLAKE MOIA SHOW obtained video from a fan named Karen Colby shows a crazy naked woman, presumably high on drugs, was sitting in the middle of traffic while horrified bystanders and children were looking on.  The video shows Melbourne Police Department officers confronting the nude and lewd lady and putting her into handcuffs.  The woman was described as "Completely butt naked".

The incident happened near the WaWa on 192 and US1.

This portion of Melbourne is known for its wide variety of narcotics, prostitution and homelessness.  Deemed "The Red Light District" since the early 90's, it's had its fair share of crime, and other trouble still to this day.  Homeless tents line the street from US1 along Fee Avenue.  Long lines at the Daily Bread Soup Kitchen every day.  "The bums shit on the corner all the time", a viewer told THE BLAKE MOIA SHOW.  "The WaWa management had to remove all the chairs and tables outside because of all the degenerates who can't act like humans".  

It is unknown what type of drugs the naked lady was on at the time.  She has been put into the Brevard County Jail for violating public indecency laws.
