INDIAN HARBOR BEACH, Fla -- A 3 car pile up in the median lane happened this afternoon during rush hour.  Police and fire crews were assessing a crash that occured on the barrier island where 3 vehicles were involed.  THE BLAKE MOIA SHOW official cameras passed by the scene as crews were cleaning up the mess. A red car with a missing front end was on top of a flat bed tow truck.
