PALM BAY, Fla -- Palm Bay Police arrested 19-year-old Jonathan "Johnny" Little yesterday after the car he was riding shotgun in was pulled over for having dark tinted windows.  

According to the police report, a Chevy car with dark window tint was traveling south on Jupiter Blvd near Ivanhoe Street S.W.  The officer smelled a strong odor of marijuana emitting from the vehicle and asked the driver and the passenger to step out to be searched.  

The officer found a backpack with a large quantity of weed and a bottle of codeine inside, which was sitting on the passenger's floorboard where Mr. Little was sitting.  He admitted to the contents and was put into handcuffs and shackles taken to jail on felony possession of cannabis. The driver of the vehicle was released at the scene as he had nothing to do with the illegal contraband.

Jonathan since bonded out of jail on 3,000$ bail according to court records.
