President Biden Addresses Nation from Oval Office

WASHINGTON, D.C. -- 

Biden tells America from the Oval Office Resolute Desk:  "The best way forward is to pass the torch to a new generation."

While Biden declines to resign from office, he will not seek re-election. Instead, the President will fully endorse Kamala Harris. 

“In just a few months, the American people will choose the course of America’s future. I made my choice.”
