PALM BEACH COUNTY, Fla
Shocking court documents revealed today say that agents conducting the search warrant at Mar-a-Lago were authorized to use "deadly force when necessary" at former president Trumps' residence.
The search warrant states in the "Policy Statement" that agents employed with the Department of Justice (DOJ) may carry "Standard Issued Weapons", "Ammo", "Medium and large sized bolt cutters" and even "Handcuffs". The warrant also says agents are instructed to wear normal collared and polo shirts and their law enforcement equipment is to be concealed.
The revelation was disclosed today by Federal Judge Judge Aileen Cannon in Federal Court as part of its proceedings. An FBI Spokesperson told reporters today that the FBI "never operated outside the realms of normal operating procedure" when conducting the raid of Trump's residence.
Agents arrived on scene at 9am on August 8, 2022, and agents left finally at 6:40pm. The raid and search of the premises included searches of the kitchen, the laundry area, all the bedrooms including Barron Trump's bedroom, underwear drawers and showers in a frantic search for so-called "Classified Documents".
Former President Trump was angry at the recent revelations that Biden authorized deadly force in the raid, calling that "a serious threat to democracy."
"WOW! I just came out of the Biden Witch Hunt Trial in Manhattan, the ‘Icebox,’ and was shown Reports that Crooked Joe Biden’s DOJ, in their Illegal and Unconstitutional Raid of Mar-a-Lago, AUTHORIZED THE FBI TO USE DEADLY (LETHAL) FORCE," Trump posted on his Truth Social. "NOW WE KNOW, FOR SURE, THAT JOE BIDEN IS A SERIOUS THREAT TO DEMOCRACY."
Trump added, "HE IS MENTALLY UNFIT TO HOLD OFFICE — 25TH AMENDMENT!"
