Taylor Matthews to Plead Guilty Next Month in 2nd Degree Felony Case

Sep 05, 2024 -- TheBlakeMoiaShow.com Exclusive

It appears that Ixora Park bully and comrade gang member Taylor Matthews will be pleading guilty to his crimes of criminal vandalism, a 1st degree misdemeanor, and sending death threats to his ex-girlfriend, a 2nd degree felony.

This means, he will avoid a dreaded jury trial, at which Blake Moia himself would have happily testified against him. If found guilty by a jury, he would face 15 years in state prison plus a $10,000 fine.

Avoiding Trial

The investigation initiated when Taylor Matthews sent a series of threatening text messages to his ex-girlfriend over the messaging app Instagram later last year over jealousy that his girlfriend had left him for another person.  A text message obtained by The Blake Moia Show said, "You are dead."

To make matters worse, Mr. Matthews went to the ex-girlfriend's house and committed a physical crime by slashing her tires.

The combination of these 2 crimes is considered serious, according to our legal expert. "Well, you have a threat plus a physical act on top of the threat by slashing of the tires. The circumstances are not mitigated here."

It remains unclear what the ultimate punishment will be.

"It is really up to the judge.  He has the final say", The Blake Moia Show legal expert tells us. He could get home confinement, he could still get sent to prison for a period of time, probation and pay a hefty fine.

The details of the agreement have not been released at this time.

The Blake Moia Show will keep our viewers updated on the cases, progress and dismantling of the Ixora Park Gang.

EXCLUSIVE: In-Depth Coverage of The Trial of Taylor Matthews

Sep 03, 2024 -- THE BLAKE MOIA SHOW

The trial of Ixora Park gang member and serial troublemaker from the depths of hell, Taylor Matthews, begins tomorrow.

Matthews is due in court with his attorney, Brad Soughers, at 8:30am in Viera.  He is to appear in front of the Honorable Judge Aaron Peacock.

THE INCAPABILITY OF BEING A PRODUCTIVE MEMBER OF SOCIETY

Taylor Matthews was charged with severe felonies for sending threatening messages to his ex-girlfriend over Instagram. The incident, which also included the slashing of her car tires, carries a maximum potential penalty of 15 years locked in state prison.

The Blake Moia Show legal expert tells us that "these charges are not good. Especially if she wants to pursue the charges."  "And the fact that he has a juvenile record -- for stealing cars and leading the police on a high-speed chase through town -- the judge will consider all that as well".

A Pattern of Bad Behavior

More video captured the moments their trucks, which was towing 4 wheelers on a trailer was driving extremely recklessly down the street.  Every single time any of them drive past Blake's house, they always feel the need to rev their engine and drive like maniacs -- as if -- they are trying to prove some kind of point.   The only point they are making is that -- they are proving themselves to be complete and utter fools of themselves.  The Blake Moia Show will always continue to make fools out of them.

This is a desperate and completely failed attempt to try to harass and bully Mr. Moia.  The Blake Moia Show will not back down to any such abusive behavior.

The Blake Moia Show and our attorney, Mr. Golub sent out a series of cease-and-desist letters to the gang of bullies. However, these attempts have failed, and we are now looking at physically suing everyone involved as their threats, intimidation, bullying and harassment never seems to end no matter what. So we are going to go after their money, their house, any property they have -- everything.

We mean business and we don't give a damn they are in prison for 15 years while we sue them either. You make your own bed. They have been given -- time and time and time again -- way too many chances. They keep messing up. It's that simple.

Caught Speeding

On July 03, 2024, Taylor Matthews was caught seeping by the Brevard County Sheriff's office.

Taylor was traveling at a high rate of speeding -- speeding 66 MPH in a 40 MPH zone and then again 51 MPH in a 35 MPH zone.

He was ordered to pay 284$. It is unclear how he obtained the funds as he is not known to go to work, has no stable job, and he sits around all day long at his parents' house -- and evidentially it is clear he only knows how to put other people's lives at risk of harm and absolutely cannot follow the basic of rules. He thinks it's a game to harass and bully people. Too bad it's not. He is the one under felony indictment, not us.
