UPDATE: State Drops Charges Against Ixora Park Gang Leader Charles Conner

Melbourne, Fla --  Aug 14, 2024  -- By: Dan D. Valentino

The Blake Moia Show has some rather unfortunate news to bring to our fans today. We learned that for some reason, the county's district attorney has dropped all charges against the main bully associated with the Ixora Park gang of thugs, stemming from the incident regarding a Facebook Marketplace Deal gone bad.

The incident brought criminal felony charges, involving the attempted botched sale of a fish tank aquarium.

The Gang Leader and Notorious Bully Gets Away Scott Free

It was initially reported that Charles Conner and fellow street comrade, Michael Wade Duff were attempting to sell a fish tank over the marketplace.

The potential buyer agreed to meet at the Raceway Gas Station on Eau Gallie Blvd and I-95 to make the deal.  It was reported that somehow the potential buyers knew the delinquents from a past encounter and recognized them as troublemakers when they arrived to conduct the exchange.

Instead of selling the fish tank properly, the pair decided to engage in a fight with the buyers and even pulled out a knife and pounded on the hood of the potential buyer's vehicle, the police report said.

The two were charged with Aggravated Assault with a Deadly Weapon. They were released from jail on a $10,000 bond each.

On July 12th, the state attorney's office filed a "Notice of No Information" and dismissed the charges against Charles Owen Conner.

The Blake Moia Show has reported on a number of serious issues regarding the group, and their very vile and hostile public feud between Blake Moia and this group of (not) gentlemen. Charles Conner is also still the main suspect in Blake's vandalism case.

"The State attorney for Brevard is a fucking pussy.... NO INFORMATION?! I have plenty of it right here!" Blake Moia said on his radio show. "Serial bullies deserve no freedom and deserve to be locked in jail.......FOREVER! He's nothing but an entitled bully who gets away with everything. That stops now."

The Blake Moia Show has received several reports and complaints about Charles and the way he treats and abuses his girlfriend. He is known to be a violent individual with a history of yelling at underaged girls and using them as pawns to satisfy his needs and wants.

Charges Reduced for Michael Wade Duff

Meanwhile, prosecutors reduced the charges for Michael Wade Duff, 21, to "Improper Display of a Deadly Weapon" -- a first-degree misdemeanor.  He was Charles Conner's "backup" for the botched, ill-willed deal.

His next court date is a Docket Sounding on September 12th at 9am at the Viera Courthouse in front of Judge Kelly Ingram. Duff faces jail time or probation if convicted. His attorney has waived Duff's appearances in court.

The Blake Moia Show is filing for restraining orders against Charles Owen Conner for more harassing text messages and threats received tonight.
