Four "Johns" are facing misdemeanor charges after an undercover sting operation took place in Palm Bay's AIS Park on Thursday.
The police conducted surveillance at the park, located at 2804 Hickory Ave., which is known for gay prostitution and other criminal acts, according to police.
According to arrest affidavits, the undercover officer, dressed in plain clothes was staking out the park because of complaints from visitors were mounting up. The park is known for "cruising" which is a phrase commonly used by males to seek other sexual favors from other males.
The defendants entered the park and walked off path to a location typically used to conduct various sex acts.
The undercover officer approached the males and asked if they "wanted to play", according to authorities. Each defendant pulled out their penis and exposed their sexual gentiles in a vulgar manner and requested oral sex from the undercover officer, according to the arrest data.
Uniformed patrol officers then arrested each male throughout the day and were transferred to the Brevard County Jail on a no bond status.
