Brevard County, Fl --
Deputies say Robbert Plummer was stopped on his bicycle at 11:35pm for not having a light attached to the bike while traveling on South Tropical Trail in Meritt Island. After refusing to comply to the Deputy, Plummer was taken to the ground and was ultimately placed into handcuffs.
After Plummer was forced into handcuffs, he started kicking the Deputy as he was being put into the back of the patrol vehicle. At that point, he was placed into leg restraint devices and was taken to the hospital where he was cleared for jail, and arrest report says.
The Brevard County Sheriff's Office says Plummer was then taken to jail and while at the strip search room, to put on his "slightly used" jail clothes, Plummer defecated on the floor and then pooped out 3 bags of drugs.
Jail staff tested the contents inside the bags where they field tested positive for Cocaine and Meth.
One of the bags of Methamphetamine weighed approximately 4 grams, authorities say another bag of meth weighed over 5 grams. Additionally, the bag of Cocaine weighed over 5 grams..
Plummer was charged with 6 Felonies and 2 Misdemeanors and given a $19,000 bond.
Brevard County Sheriff Wayne Ivey says Plummer was previously featured on the "Weekly Arrest Update" which is shown on Facebook.
The Sheriff said, "Well regardless of how crappy he acted, we still got him a not so nice room with no view at the lodge and a slightly used pair of shower slides to make his stay more comfortable."
Records show Plummer has an extensive history including arrests for possession of a firearm by a convicted felon, resisting arrest, and providing false information to law enforcement.
Court records show Plummer has guilty convictions for possession of Oxycotin, Cocaine, theft, possession of concealed weapon, and driving without a valid driver's license.
The Brevard County Sheriff's Office says Te’Darius Juitt was pulled over on South Tropical trail for a non-moving violation.
Deputies called in a K-9 to do an open-air sniff at which the dog alerted to the presence of controlled substances. Deputies say they found 17 grams of Cocaine, 5 and a half grams of Exstacy, and 4 grams of Meth -- all wrapped in separate baggies and hidden down inside his underwear.
Authorities also located a Newport cigarette box also hidden inside his underwear.
Juitt was arrested and charged with possession of drugs and taken to the Brevard County Jail under a $7,500 bond.
"Folks how many times do we have to tell you that if you peddle poison in Brevard County you are going to take the ride to the Brevard County Jail regardless of where you try to hide your dope!! If it is hidden in your mouth, your tighty whities, or even in a secret compartment in your vehicle, we are going to find it and you are going to be the next unlucky guest getting booked in at “Ivey’s Iron Bar Lodge!!” ~ Sheriff Wayne Ivey
