Police arrived on scene and quickly detained one male subject with handcuffs. Authorities cornered off a perimeter and searched the area for other suspects.  

It is not clear if any of suspects were found or what they were accused of doing. 

The traffic lights at that intersections also went out and were not functioning as well. The Blake Moia Show advises the public to use caution.
