SHOCK VIDEO: San Diego Cop Fired for Misconduct

A dirty cop is looking for another job today after he was fired for official misconduct.

Investigators released video of San Diego police officer Anthony Hair's interaction with an unnamed female suspect who was arrested on a bench warrant.  Officers earlier responded to the area of Denver Street and Clairemont Avenue in Bay Park for an auto theft investigation.  Investigators said Officer Hair reported he believed the woman was suffering from a medical emergency and the officer turned off his body camera.

Officer Hair claimed his body camera got knocked off while attending to the female suspect and officer Hair ended up in the backseat with her and told investigators he accidentally shut the door with his foot, locking himself in.

According to the investigation, officer Hair actually removed his body camera and placed it in the front seat and actually never called for any medical assistance for the female.  After an hour later, officer Hair made a call for help to a fellow officer asking if they had a master key to the patrol cars.  Shortly thereafter a supervisor came to let the officer out of the back seat.

The female suspect and the officer both say sexual contact was never made.  But the woman told investigators in a later police interview that the officer “wanted to get with me when I was done with the warrant or whatever I got arrested for.”

The investigation further revealed that the magnet mount that the body camera was attached to was fully functionable and the body camera never malfunctioned.  On September 14, Officer Hair resigned from the department.  Hair said he was not willing to participate in the Subject Officer Interview which was scheduled for the next day.
