Immigration and Customs Enforcement (ICE) announced the arrest of the 29-year-old illegal alien last month in Maryland.

The fugitive was first encountered by U.S. Border Patrol (USBP) after he illegally crossed the southern border near San Ysidro, CA, on September 14, 2023.

He was served with a notice to appear before a federal immigration judge in the future and transferred to the custody of ICE Enforcement and Removal Operations (ERO).

On September 16, ICE released the Colombian into the interior of the U.S.

Previously Deported for Aggravated Theft, Robbery, Trafficking and Homicide

“This Colombian fugitive is wanted by authorities in his home country for allegedly committing some violent crimes,” ERO Baltimore acting Deputy Field Office Director Vernon Liggins said in a statement.

“He attempted to hide from justice in Maryland, and we simply cannot allow that to happen.”

Authorities continue to catch dangerous foreign criminals illegally present in the U.S., many of whom have been previously released into the country by law or immigration enforcement agencies.

The Blake Moia Show will continue to report on violent foreign nationals who aim to screw over the American people.
