MELBOURNE, FL --
A Melbourne man is in jail tonight after police say he got into an altercation with his elderly father.
Police say, Calvin Foster Jr. became upset after his father, Calvin Foster Sr. told his son to turn down the loud music. Jr. pushed his father down using both hands during a verbal argument.
The son was arrested and transported to The Brevard County Jail on a no-bond status. At first appearance in court, Jr's. bond was set at $5,000.
