Three criminals, including one convicted felon, were stopped by Cocoa Police and arrested after guns and marijuana were found.
Police say a large quantity of marijuana was found up the "hind quarter" of 36-year-old Nathaniel Wallace after a Black Nissan Maxima he was a driving was pulled over on 416 Churchill Drive in Cocoa, Florida.
The suspicious vehicle had a broken tail light as it was leaving a high-crime and drug area when officers ran the tag. Records showed that the registered owner's drivers license was suspended so officers pulled it over.
Wallace provided the officers a fictitious medical marijuana card when asked for identification, the arrest report says. Wallace was detained along with the other passengers.
That's when officer officers say Wallace uttered that he had Marijuana hidden up his rear end.
Officers say the other 2 passengers of the car were found with loaded firearms.
Police found a 38 special revolver with 6 rounds chambered inside the pants of a Timothy Brown who apparently was not charged. Also found were several rounds of various ammunition,
Also found was several rounds of various ammunition, a black semi automatic Glock 27 with a 30-round magazine was found on 19-year-old Jailon Glasco who was placed under arrest for possession of a firearm by a person under 21. Glasco told police "they could just have the gun", and no longer wanted it.
31-year-old Brandon Brown was arrested and charged with 2 counts of possession of a firearm by a convicted felon after officers found a 9mm semi-automatic Hell Cat with an 11 round magazine with one loaded in the chamber. Brown was previously arrested in 2024 for sale / delivery of Methylenedioxypryovalerone. Brown also has a lengthy record of convictions for Cocaine, gun possession and assault charges.
Records show Brown was issued a $15,000 bond at first appearance.
Jailon Glasco bonded out prior to first appearance court.
Nathan Wallace was also charged with providing a false report to police and providing law enforcement with an invalid medical marijuana registry card and was remanded to jail on a $1,500 bond on 2 of the charges and a release on own recognizance on counts 3 and 4. Wallace was appointed regional conflict counsel.
