Blake Moia's Year End Review: THE BIGGEST WINNERS & LOSERS OF 2024

What a wild roller coaster of a year 2024 was! Now it's time to take a look back and remember the positives, the bad, the really bad and ugly just in time for the new year. The new year of 2025 is sure to be just as crazy as 2024 -- hopefully in a positive way.

We have dealt with -- head on -- street thugs and bullies, con-artists and scammers, criminals and drug cartels, vandals and burglars, corrupt and abusive police departments, just to name a few. I wouldn't change a single solitary thing, and we are JUST beginning our journey here at The Blake Moia Show after almost a year of being on the air.

We have even provided a piece -- thanks to my private investigators -- on how to protect yourself against scammers, con-artists and scumbags who want to abuse you and your wallet and provide advise that THEY do NOT want you to know about.

When I created TheBlakeMoiaShow.com, it was a very difficult time for me both personally and professionally. I was still coping with my departure from the pro-wrestling business and being unceremoniously blackmailed out of it -- as well as extorted. That type of industry, as well as the entire entertainment industry is very much a "pay to play" scheme. In my case, I provided the company with all the equipment that was needed to make the show necessary.

Approximately 5- or 6-years' worth of producing independent wrestling shows with Alex, Jason and Gregg, it seemed pretty apparent that I was being taken advantage of. Sure, the TV and streaming "deals" did seem cool at the time. Growing bigger, getting more stuff, acquiring new sponsors, with the guise and promises of "making more money" did sound cool. But was it really? After repeatedly being lied to and told to just be myself, it only hurt me in the long run.

I started TheBlakeMoiaShow.com and The Blake Moia Show because I wanted to tell the entire world about the horrific abuses that have occurred to not only me, but to others as well. When I started to get constantly harassed, bullied, intimidated, coerced, gaslighted, and threatened just because of my kindness and contributions, to my community, the wrestling industry, the entertainment industry, and others, I put my foot down and said, "enough is enough". We all heard that saying.... "Treat others as you would like to be treated". It's something you learn in 2nd grade. Literally. Sadly, those values are not taught anymore both by parents and in the public education system.

With the help of a corporate sponsor from the Tampa area -- someone who will remain anonymous at their request but is a dear friend to me and has been a huge fan of mine back in my days with the heavy-metal band, "Murderfly", we decided to not fuck around anymore and to literally humiliate bullies and scumbag criminals who thinks it's funny to pick on people just because they think it's funny.

The domain and webhosting service was purchased by that corporate sponsor, and I forever eternally grateful for that. I was given free rein to do whatever I pleased and how to run the website however which way I chose. I decided to use the opportunity to expose corruption, abuse, bullies, drug dealers, con-artists, corrupt cops, politicians and other lowest forms of life on earth right here this very website. And I do all this with pride. We don't charge any money to use The Blake Moia Show, as I personally believe information and access to information should be free of charge.

So far, we have had a positive impact on our community as we shine the light on those cockroaches because we all know cockroaches cannot tolerate the light. We launched this site in order to spotlight those who run away in cowardice. We all here believe in public humiliation. In fact, I think it's a great deterrent against drug dealers, bullies and other forms of scum that walk amongst society, who prey on the vulnerable and on innocent victims. To date, we have exposed several people, a notorious con-artists from New York, a local neighborhood gang comprised of teenager thugs, several criminals, a convicted and registered pedophile, infiltrated the Melbourne Police Department, and covered some drug raids. Today, at age 34, I still possess the same exact values as I had when I was just 18 years old: If you screw with me, I will screw with you.

Overtime, I have acquired more sponsors, such as The Big Boy Dining Out, and The Law offices of Geoffrey Golub who is my own personal lawyer of 10 years. I also have the support and endorsement of The Concealed Citizen who teaches both lethal and non-lethal self-defense classes. I am a big believer in self-defense and their courses offer comprehensive training on what do to and what not to do should the need were to arise. More on them later in this post.

As we close out this year, let's take a look back at 2024's biggest losers and the biggest winners.

BIGGEST WINNER:
Donald J. Trump

First, we start out with the biggest winner of all of 2024 -- President Donald J. Trump.

Considered as the greatest of all time right here by myself and my staff, President Trump fought through it all. He survived assassination attempts and fought off political witch hunts where his political enemies tried to unsuccessfully put him in jail.

He also had part of his ear shot off by some 19-year-old kid.

Another crazy maniac right here in Florida was creeping around in the bushes with a gun at Mar-a-Lago.

CNN and all the other left-wing news outlets tried their best to coverup the blatant corruption that surrounds government, tried to rig the debates, tried to falsely accuse, report and convict the man.

In the end, however, Donald J. Trump still managed to get elected by the people.

WINNER:
"The Big Boy", Todd Deratany

"The Big Boy", Todd Deratany is a sponsor of the program and he's a good friend of the Moia family dynasty.

He's done it all. Literally; A former Mayor of Indialantic, former deputy sheriff, former fellow independent wrestling promoter, former attorney, and an avid and diehard vinyl records collector, The Big Boy has taken in a particular interest in The Blake Moia Show and strongly believes in everything I do.

I have his back as much as he has mine and he isn't shy about offering his opinion.

These days, he officially reviews all the restaurants in Brevard County. WINNER:
Sgt. B From The Brevard County Sheriff's Office

Sgt. B is a true patriot and local hero. Sgt. B graduated from the prestigious FDLE (Florida Department of Law Enforcement) leadership academy earlier this year, making him a true cop and a true and real leader, unlike some other cops around here.

The Brevard County Sheriff, Wayne Ivey posted the news to Facebook stating that he was proud of Sgt. B. We here at The Blake Moia Show are proud as well, as he sets an example of high standards for all of us to live by. No nonsense or tolerance of any bullshit - A father, a husband and a true character of morale -- something we all should follow.

Sgt. B is a true friend of mine as I have personally known him since I was 12 years old. He served our county of Brevard in various capacities, including protecting us against dangerous drugs and hunting violent fugitives. Sgt. is deserving of his place in The Blake Moia Show Winners of 2024.

WINNER:
Attorney Geoffrey Golub

Mr. Golub has been my own personal attorney and counsel for over 10 years now. He's taken care of various civil and even criminal things for me to my satisfaction, and I have been using his services a lot more throughout 2024.

I knew he was a great attorney when I had him enforce a restraining order injunction against a severely unstable neighbor of mine.

Today he is working on other cases for me involving the notorious Ixora Park Gang. Mr. Golub is a winner and has never lost a case for me.

WINNER:
Florida Concealed Citizen

The Florida Concealed Citizen is another winner of mine. The Concealed Citizen offers up self-defense classes. Both lethal, and non-lethal. The instructors are comprised of former Navy SEALS, Cops, State Troopers and other military and law enforcement agencies.

Although I am not much of a lethal guy, I do regularly partake in the non-lethal self-defense. They offer pepper spray training, tazer / stun gun training, hand to hand combat defense, knife combat, batons, and much more!

For you gun enthusiasts, they offer constitutional carry classes, teach and educate the public about your rights, the law, how to properly handle and store your firearm and they spill the beans on the 6 things the police do not want you to know if you're involved in a lethal force scenario.

I personally believe and advocate for this important service. Especially if some street thugs and gang members start kicking your front door in and wants to harm you, your family and steal your money. It's either life or death and the retention of your freedoms if you know what actions you need to take before, during and after violent criminals try to harm you.

BIGGEST LOSER:
Jeff Fordley, Con-Artist from New York

Our old pal, Mr. Jeff Fordley is going to be our 2024 LOSER OF THE YEAR. Mr. Fordley takes the number 1 spot this year after we previously reported dozens and dozens of complaints came into me both personally and through our whistleblowers tip line on my website.

I even had a personal friend who just so happened to work for him reach out to me because he never got paid for any work that was done for Jeff Fordley at the "Mama Geri's" restaurant.

I wanted to get involved and get to the bottom of it all. All complaints to us were legit. Afterall, would 32 different people who told pretty much the exact same thing about a person be lying? Highly doubtful. After doing some deep digging, interviewing Mr. Fordley's own family members, it became very apparent: We are dealing with a straight up professional con-artist. It's literally how he makes his money. Why? He is completely unable to tell the truth no matter what. He runs away from any project that has ever faced him -- even after collecting an upfront payment.

He runs away from us. He runs away when confronted with any source of factual data. He's had several default judgments in court -- only for him to respond to us, "the court documents are a lie". Who's lying? The courts? The 32 complaints about him? Me? Or him?
There has also been arrest warrants issued for him out of the State of New York for Fraud and Grand Theft.

BIGGEST LOSER:
The Ixora Park Gang

Our runner-up for the "Biggest Losers of 2024" is a set of violent gangbangers from the Ixora Park Gang, who consists of Charles "Chuck" Conner, Michael Duff, Taylor Mathews, Santiago Vargas -- who is a neighbor of mine -- Cody Pellitier and Chase. It was a tie between them and Jeff Fordley.

Earlier this year, Chuck and Duff were both arrested together after a Facebook Marketplace deal went bad. The duo pulled a knife on a potential buyer and violently pounded on the victims' car hood in a botched and pathetic attempt to sell a fish tank aquarium after agreeing to make the deal at a local gas station. The victim recognized the 2 hoodlums and drove away to call 911 from a safe place, according to the arrest affidavit.

Charges were eventually reduced to abandoned, as the prosecutor filed a no information notice, after they both served a night in the Brevard Jail together (how cute), and bailing out on a $10,000 bond.

Taylor Mathews was arrested and pleaded guilty after sending death threat messages to his ex-girlfriend and slashing car tires. He was sentenced to 1 year of probation, 20 hours of community service and 8 hours of anger management.

My team and I have provided extensive coverage of their abuses to me, my own property and to my physical and psychological well-being that has occurred over the course of 2 years.

They deservingly earned this title as they have caused thousands and thousands of dollars of damage to me, destroyed 3 vehicles of mine and publicly defaming and slandering my name. All for literally 0 reason. No apology was ever offered up -- which shows you their true character.

LOSER:
Hunter Pavlak and His Cronies

Hunter Scott Pavlak is an area "plug". Meaning, he deals and sells in incredible amounts of Marijuana. Normally not a big deal, however there's always an exception to the rules and that exception is he has made a fortune by selling the stuff very dishonestly.

Nicknamed "Packington", Hunter "packs" stems into ripped / torn off plastic bags and discreetly sells those bags stems for huge profits. It's not until later that the purchaser opens the bags -- much to their disappointment.

Sources tell me that Hunter Pavlak was a bully in high-school and tried to bully the wrong person before getting shoved to the ground. Then he turned into a little hot-shot street thug after dropping out of school.

Mr. Pavlak also committed a state felony by sending me written electronic threats via snapchat messenger. He sent me these threats after I threatened to expose even more drug dealers in the area. Particularly the ones near the schools. Mr. Pavlak lives in a gang-oriented house (aka a trap house) on Lucille Lane right across the street of Croton Elementary School.

Him and his buddies are known for reckless driving, doing burn outs and donuts in middle of the intersections which leave ugly tire marks everywhere on the street. Why? Because they have zero respect for you or anyone except themselves. They make zero charitable contributions for our community and are fueled by greed and notoriety by their own crew.

Hunter is expected to have a warrant issued for his arrest for telling me that he will fuck me up worse than those other kids did. And he is a loose cannon who has guns. Will he be the United States next mass murderer? Because only red flags really fly high with this kid -- who isn't even 21.

LOSER:
Nick Fatta

Convicted pedophile and sexual offender, Nick Fatta, who he claims is from Jamacia, is directly responsible for several people's careers being destroyed.

The former "Iron Oak Post" bar manager, who had no business even being around alcohol to begin with due to his probation status, had managed to sneak through the cracks and vetting process, due to negligence and lack of common sense by the owners.

Authorities arrested and subsequently convicted him after news reports say a little schoolgirl was ran over at the school bus stop, kidnapped, thrown into the back seat of his car and the raped. It was years later during a "chance" encounter that the 2 crossed paths again and the victim called police.

DNA samples collected matched the evidence collected by a rape kit.

LOSER:
All the School Shooting Threat Suspects

Over the course of the year, we have reported on the arrests of dozens of kids who threatened to commit school violence.

Specifically, the Volusia County Sheriff's Office made the public policy to publicize and publicly perp walk juvenile minors, with shackles on, into lock up after being arrested for making threats against schools. We have shown children as young as 8 years old being arrested after being found with guns and other dangerous weapons after making threats to "shoot up" their schools. These are dangerous children.

Each arrest was case by case, and each child arrested for this behavior to do violence against a place where others are trying to learn, deserves a spot in the biggest losers list of 2024.

LOSER:
Thomas Matthew Crooks

Twenty-year-old Thomas Matthew Crooks from Bethel Park, Pennsylvania, came into the spotlight due to his alleged involvement in a shocking assassination attempt against former President Donald Trump during an outdoor presidential rally. The incident has sparked discussions across various media platforms, including The Blake Moia Show.

Crooks' story has raised questions about the broader implications of political rhetoric and the way it affects vulnerable minds. Throughout the course of the investigation, we learned more about Crooks' background, (which is little). The blatant coverup of such atrocities which occurred proved to our audiences that government simply cannot be trusted with anything at all.

LOSER:
The Trump Assassination Attempt #2 Suspect Ryan Routh

Ryan Routh has recently garnered attention as a notable subject in discussions surrounding the Blake Moia Show, particularly due to his alleged attempts to assassinate Donald J. Trump at Mar-a-Lago in West Palm Beach, Florida.

Secret Service agents just so happened to spot a barrel of a gun sticking out from the bush lines at Trump's golf course at Mar-a-Lago. Reports say the Secret Service opened fire in that direction where Mr. Routh managed to get into a car in an attempt to evade. A high-speed chase was underway along I-95 northbound before he was eventually stopped and arrested.

This incident has yet again sparked widespread debate on political extremism and the implications for public safety. The following discussion highlighted the often-blurry lines between political activism and radical behavior.

In the wake of the alleged assassination attempt, Ryan Routh's case serves as a poignant reminder of the challenges facing contemporary society.

HUGE LOSER:
Robert Burns

Scumbag of the year contestant, Robert Burns -- the founder of The Space Coast Rocket makes the losers of the year list. For obvious reasons.

The fake news site founder was convicted of Federal Waire Fraud as it relates to PPP loans. In a news release, posted by the Department of Justice, Burns faces 20 years in Federal prison.

Burns parades around town sticking his nose in in places where it shouldn't be stuck in. He masquerades as a so-called "republican" but hangs out with all the far-left loony nut jobs out there.

He was also brought up on Election Interference chrages as well. Previously, he was convicted of rape and other really violent offenses.

When the tornado struck my neighborhood area over the summer, I remember seeing him barge into everyone's damaged backyards with his stupid little camera phone like he owns the place. He's lucky he didn't get shot. In fact, you should call 9-1-1 immediately and yell for help if you see this creep.

LOSER:
The Melbourne Police Department

A noteworthy hall of shame contender is The Melbourne Police Department and specifically, Zachary Officer Proctor.

There have been numerous incidents that lack any transparency or accountability within the police department this year. Let's first start with an incident at the Pentagon Apartment Complex: A man was shot dead by a SWAT team after he allegedly opened fire and ambushed officers.

The Blake Moia Show staff, and I personally have requested body camera footage of the incident, and we have been denied access to the footage. Believe me when I tell you that I am persistent and I ask them every single week -- only to be told, "it's still under investigation." The incident happened in June.

Officer Proctor slowly responded to a call relating to a verbal assault against me where the Ixora Park Gang of thugs threatened to beat me up with a tire iron. Nothing was done by Ofc. Proctor. Later-on that same month, my brand-new car was purposely vandalized. Officer Proctor again showed up to "investigate", only to tell me it was "only bird poop".

After seeing the incompetence, I couldn't help but wonder about all the possibilities. Luckily, after raising some hell on the internet, an anonymous whistleblower contacted me through our tip line and provided me documents about Officer Proctor's career.

What we uncovered was deeply concerning and disturbing. Melbourne Officers Zachary Proctor and William Gould illegally beat up and arrested a neighbor of mine who lives on the same street about a block away. They kicked the man in the ribs with their knees, breaking his ribs during an unlawful use of force incident. The man's alleged crime? Just sitting in his chair outside. The cops demanded for the man's ID and quickly lost patience with him.

The "resisting arrest" charges were ruled improper by both the Commander and the State Attorney's office.

We paid 24$ for the body cam footage of that incident which we immediately publicized.

Both Officers were suspended and given retraining classes and Sgt. Amy Perez was given retraining classes.

They also failed to properly investigate my vandalism case properly. They swept that under the rug as if it was just, ya know, "no big deal." We all know who actually committed that crime and it's completely obvious.

The Ixora cops want to harass and beat up a black man just because he's sitting outside at his house, but just a block away they don't want to go deal with some bully gangster thug white kids who act like a mad mob when they don't get their way? Cool. Melbourne Police Department earned their spot on The Blake Moia Show 2024 loser list. Do better.
