Three Undocumented Illegal Aliens Arrested After Caught Driving Without a License; 1 Crashed into Pedestrian in Brevard County

BREVARD COUNTY, FL  -- 

  • 3 Illegal aliens charged in Brevard County for driving without a valid driver's license.
  • 1 Charged after colliding and running over a pedestrian.
  • Another caught with open containers of beer in the vehicle.
  • All 3 bonded out prior to first appearance in court.

Antonio Guzman Lopez

 

Cocoa Police arrested 33-year-old Antonio Lopez after a white Hyundia Sonata he was driving was traveling in the wrong direction of traffic. Police say Lopez made a wide right turn onto South Cocoa Blvd. A traffic stop was made, and the Lopez handed the officer a Guatemalan passport as well as several empty beer cans. 

Police say the beer cans were wet and cool to the touch. Lopez told the officer that he did not have a valid driver's license. 

Lopez was arrested for driving without a license, traveling on the wrong side of the road and issued a citation for having an open container.

His next court appearance is set for March 24th at 9am in front of Judge Jacobus. 

Carlos Enrique Sandoval

The Florida Highway Patrol arrested 25-year-old Carlos Enrique Sandoval after the Ford F-150 he was driving crashed into a Honda Civic along U.S. 1 in Rockledge.

Authorities say before the crash occured, him and his dad had an argument that he should not be driving.  During translation with a Spanish speaking Trooper, Sandoval uttered spontaneous statements saying he knew he shouldn't be driving. 

Witnesses to the crash described Sandoval as the driver of the F-150. Troopers arrested Sandoval for not having a valid license. Troopers say Sandoval can also be identified by his FBI number, which is: WP8H4PJWT

His next court appearance is March 31 in front of Judge Musselman.

Pedro Rolando Martinez

 

The Florida Highway Patrol arrested 21-year old Pedro Rolando Martinez after they say he crashed into a pedestrian at the intersection of Lake Drive and Clearlake Drive in Cocoa. Authorities say Martinez was driving a red Chevy car when the crash took place on February 24 at around 8pm.

His next court appearance is set for March 24 at 1:30pm in front of Judge Koenig.
