- Troopers arrest a 42-year-old woman on DUI & drug possession charges
The Florida Highway Patrol released video of a wrong-way drunk driver which Troopers had no choice but to bring to a forceful end.
Authorities say, once spotted, the Trooper had to slow the patrol car and moved to hit the silver Kia Sportage at an angle to stop the wrong-way driver.
The Trooper rammed the Kia on the rear driver’s side, and shortly after, the Trooper's vehicle was rear-ended by another vehicle that was unable to stop in time.

According to the arrest report, 42-year-old Margot Willsnant McDaniels was charged with DUI with property damage and fleeing to elude, possession of Oxycodone pills, driving without a driver's license and leaving the scene of an accident.
